Join Us for Outdoor Worship
Sunday, July 26
Weather permitting, we’ll be gathering for worship outdoors by our beautiful Memorial Garden on Sunday, July 26 at 10:30 a.m.
You are invited to bring:
- A lawn chair or grass blanket
- A sun hat
- Sunscreen
- Bug repellent (just in case!)
- Picnic Lunch
After worship, you’re invited to stay for a relaxed picnic lunch. Bring a picnic for yourself, and if you’re able, consider packing a little extra to share with someone who may have forgotten their lunch or is joining us for the first time. It’s a simple way to extend the warm hospitality that makes Prairie Spirit such a welcoming community.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll simply move indoors to the Narthex, and the service will continue as planned at 10:30 a.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
Beginning Sunday August 3, Our Prairie Spirit United Church Worship Services will take a break for the month of August 2026 until we meet back together again for worship on Sunday September 6th.

Pop-Up Market
Giant Book & Media Sale
Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 29! IvyQuinn Crafting will be hosting a Pop-Up Market in our church parking lot, and Prairie Spirit United Church will be joining the excitement with a Giant Book and Media Sale in the Narthex.
To make our book/media sale a success, we’re looking for donations of gently used:
- Fiction
- Non-fiction
- Children’s books
- Biographies
- DVD’s, CD’s and Video Games
Please do not donate encyclopedias or dictionaries.
We also need volunteers! Whether you can help in the days leading up to the sale by sorting books into genres, pricing, and setting up, or on August 29 by welcoming shoppers and helping with sales, we’d love to have you on the team.
If you’re able to volunteer, please sign up in the Narthex. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community, welcome new faces to the church, and raise funds to support our ministry. Our Mission Statement
Prairie Spirit United Church is an inclusive community of faith, walking the path of Jesus as we worship God. We do this by engaging with our community, by offering our gifts to aid where we can, and by telling our faith stories to all generations.
Our parking lot is now managed by Indigo Parking.
Sunday Parking is complimentary until 2pm
and requires no plate registration.
